To access the members account, you'll need to copy and paste the confirmation link into your browser than hit enter. This should allow you to access the pages on this website that isn't availble to the public.
How long does the subscription services last?
It lasts until cancelled by you.
Can I set up a group within members?
The answer is no, you cannot only admin users can create groups. If you wish to create a group please contact the admin by inbox accessible by every member account.
Is it possible to recieve a refund after a purchase?
Yes you can recieve a refund, however only if you've been charged twice or if you do not like your product you recieved from us. This requires that you provide evidence of your faulty product or second charge. We'll be happy to refund you.
Instead of reading from the website can I recieve a paperback edition?
Yes. You can. Please contact us at the email in the top right corner of the site titled 'prefer paperback' if you wish to recieve a paperback edition of Midnight Eclipse or any books that has been completed.
What does the subscription service offer?
The reader subscription service offers early access to chapters, comics and reading advice that you can take onboard as a writer or a reader. It allows you to personally connect with our content, risk free.
Can I read the chapters from my phone?
Yes you can, the website entirely is mobile friendly as is the content when you sign up.
Can I cancel my reader subscription?
Yes you can with no added fees.
How come the plan pricing isn't coming up?
If the website is showing but the plans aren't it's most likely becuase you've enabled for all cookies to be blocked. Including any on the website. Check your settings and try again if the issue continues please contact us at email@example.com.
